This reaction video is a little different. I have added clips I filmed myself from the PTX concert in Newark, NJ from 12/7 at the end as well as a few pics with myself and some of you, my subscribers, who came up to me to say hello at the event. The song itself I heard for the first time there, and found it today to listen to it again with you.
It may be one of my favorite PTX songs of all time.

We were listening to this one in the car last night and I looked over at my 13 year old daughter and she was just sobbing. She said "I'm so glad I can feel music like that"

I have nothing against Kevin's beatboxing, it's spectacular and really makes the group work well on most of their songs. But, for me, it's always something really special when they do the five-part harmonies. This song, Run to You, Light in the Hallway, Silent Night... they shine so brightly when it's just five voices in harmony.

I saw them do this in Baltimore. It was perfection. The concert was great, but this was the best song of the night. So beautiful.

I’m SO happy that I got to meet you and talk with you and your husband, who by the way was so sweet and patient! It was the perfect ending to a perfect concert. Their voices surrounded that arena and brought me to tears, starting with “Mary did you know”. I’m so glad that my kids and I got to experience this together. It’s a night I will never forget. Thank you for being so kind. If you’re ever in my area, let me know. I’d love to chat with you and your husband some more!
  • Rarely have I seen people looking so happy when they sing. I always feel like they sing together simply for their love of music and its power and beauty, not fame and glory, and we are just the lucky bystanders. So glad you enjoyed their show. Thanks for sharing. 🤗
  • @anneraasch3016
Heard them do this in CT last week and you could have heard a pin drop in the arena.
  • Hallo, Lukas! I was sure you would react to Pentatonix after their concert. WOW ! I have to try to control my emotions after listening to this song. Being a Pentatonix subscriber, I also received this song from them a few days ago,but I couldn't listen to it then and I'm glad I didn't. I'm glad I'm doing it with you now. God, but it's a beautiful song, and don't worry because it sounded perfect and clear. As is the title of the song, ''My Heart With You'', it can be said that their heart was with us, and with you present at the concert. The discreet harmony and melisms, the very gentle tone with which they sang this song, almost in a whisper, are extraordinary. I was not bothered ai all by position in which they sat, face to face,on the contrary it seemed extraordinary to me. You don't have to see here, just listen. Superb recording. It sounded just a beautiful in the concert and I liked that light they were sitting around. You were right when you said that every voice of theirs can be recognized. If closed your eyes and didn't see them, you would know very well who was singing. They all are perfect sync and feel each other, which makes the song sound impeccable....I try to imagine the joy and emotion that you and Petros experienced at this concert, especially since you did so much great reactions to their songs. From what you recorded whit the phone, I also heard the song '' Hallelujah'' which, if I'm not mistaken, was your first reaction with ''Pentatonix'' . Kevin was wonderful....I'd love to know how you felt listening to live songs, songs you reacted to? I see that you had very good places near the stage, which gave you the opportunity to see them up close. Happy are those people who came to greet you and get to know you personally, I'm glad they did, that means you're loved and appreciated. They will have fond memories with you. Dear Lukas, you and Petros were wonderful, once again all my admiration for Petros and I told you why! You being an artist and a bohemian , were super, otherwise you would not be the beautiful and wonderful Lukass Hassel.Thank you very much for this wonderful reaction, but also for the fact that you showed us those wonderful sequences from the concert and pictures with your admirers. Thank you very much !

I had to stop watching as I'm going to "see" them for the digital concert next Sunday night! But what I heard is truly stunning
  • you can not only see the passion but feel it as well....nothing more needs to be said....
  • @Blue-rl5dp
Ooh, one of my favorite songs. I've had this by a group called The Rescues on my list of frequently listen to songs forever. It's perfect for PTX.
  • @marymichele340
I love this song because it is just them and their voices. What did your husband think? Is he a Pentaholic also? Thanks for sharing your experience!!!
  • @piper998877
I love that a Pentatonix concert has people of all ages. I'm envious of you because the PTX concert I went to was at the Hollywood Bowl, and a lot of the songs were performed with an orchestra. It was beautiful and haunting, but not an authentic PTX concert. Great you and the hubby had fun!
  • @danielcarter837
This song reminds me of Run to You. Just wonderful five part harmonies.
  • I'm always SO happy for 1st time concert goers to PTX! I feel that even if someone doesn't attend the VIP where their personalities really shine thru, people like you, still get an idea of how down to earth they all are. They are truly special artists and humans in general 🥰
  • I was at the Pittsburgh performance and like you, this song hit me the hardest. Great footage of this song at the concert. I don't know if one of the 25 comments before mine said this....but....they have known this cover since 2011, but had never recorded it. It has been a favorite of theirs for all that time AND inspired their original "Run to You". Both these songs are among my faves. So glad you got to see them in person.
  • @Sweeney541
They do perform some songs in the special that they don't do on tour, so you certainly have good reason to watch it.
  • So glad you got finally experienced them in person. They are incredible. 🥰
  • @katm4335
Hey Lucas, this performance is from their Christmas Special on BYU TV. Its a streaming platform you can download and it's free and you can see the special, it was really good. This song they did do in a circle, very close and not flashy, but you could see them and it wasn't quite as black. This is a song they've all loved since they started back in the beginning, and it inspired their original song "Run To You", if you've heard that you'll notice the similar rhythm, chord structure, etc. Its an amazing song. Take care!!!
  • @terriepurkey708
I live in the PNW and they're not anywhere close to me (what's with only east coast???), so I have a ticket to the digital concert which I'm sure I'll enjoy. Thanks for sharing your experience - while I absolutely love this song (never heard it before either), I particularly liked your snippets of your concert experience. Makes it so much more personal. Thanks for sharing!

I'm so happy you got to see them live. The talent that they have is so amazing and seeing them live makes you appreciate it even more. And yes, Scott is such a character!
