So what did happen to Kearney "Red" Redguard after the events of The Shadow's Heart? And why, later on, was he so pleased to see Arenadd? Now is the time to find out!
This story begins during the events of The Risen Sun trilogy, and continues beyond it - so, obviously, spoilers. I should also warn you that the early part of this story is on the disturbing side, and I've rated it accordingly. If you're not overly squeamish, I hope you enjoy this glimpse of what is to come in the series.
