We recommend you try out Fingal a few months ago, and are so glad you did. Each room is named after one of the lighthouses around Scotland ( our room we stayed in was Dubh Artach) and the pictures behind the bed was a map of where your particular lighthouse is. With the tram line outside Fingal it only takes minutes to get to Edinburgh city centre, which is a fantastic place to visit. Great vid Tim.❤

I liked that floating hotel better than The Ritz in London. It is about the same in price, but seemed like so much more in terms of aesthetics, space, and delicious food, and it felt so much more relaxed and unintrusive minus all the waiters and service people all over the place ...Thanks for showing, and really hope Gabby can go along the next time for some special occasion.

Oddly enough, I find watching your videos so comforting which might be due to the fact that there is no background music interrupting your narration. Surely the bath rest (?) opens so you can rest your iPad or tablet on it. Maybe a book but I’d imagine that’s what it’s for. I’ve never been to Edinburgh but wish I could go especially on that sort of budget. Lovely. 😊

I stayed here a few years back, and was absolutely blown away. I felt that my cabin was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, albeit much smaller than most rooms at land-based hotels. you had one of the gorgeous Duplex rooms, but I had the cheaper alternative, which is essentially a room with a window and ensuite bathroom - all just felt so premium!

Very impressive. Having watched this shortly after having my breakfast, I could have still enjoyed your dinner! Value? Yes, something very special and exclusive. I think the wooden fold-up rack over the bath is a book rest so that you can luxuriate in the bath and read your book. With, perhaps, a glass of champagne alongside!

That bath tidy thingy is to prop your book or tablet/phone or whatever on Tim. I think thats the poshest looking room you've stayed in so far, very nice. 💕

I guess I liked the weathered look of the teak. I think the room was beautiful; you can see the details matter to them from the branding to the office space. I think the view of the engine room was incredible. I think this ship is absolutely worth it. You showcase trips others are not profiling. 😊

I came across this channel on TikTok I think someone is sharing your videos possibly. But I had to come here and subscribe it’s like the cow wow of hotel reviews. I have not long had a baby so now I have something to binge watch during my night feeds 😃

I think that swinging wooden item in the bath is for book reading in the tub, or perhaps careful use of a tablet!
