Welcome back to The Viall Files: Going Deeper Edition! To start things out, we talk about the response to our interview with Gypsy Rose, and Nick and Natalie’s experience at the premiere party in New York. Then, we are joined by Clayton Echard to talk about his recent paternity scandal and get his side of the story - he walks us through each moment and answers all of our burning questions. We have timelines, text and email receipts, and a man ready to defend his character.

“My character has been attacked, again.”

I don’t think Natalie and Nick are grasping just HOW much Clayton has gone through. He doesn’t need to explain what he would do differently - he was being harassed, black mailed by a mentally insane women who needs help but most importantly, needs to be held accountable.
  • @nataliemegumi
UPDATE: Since the recording of this video, the woman is now saying that she is “no longer pregnant” and is trying to drop the ongoing civil lawsuit- despite testifying under oath that she was at least 6 months pregnant. She should have to provide a death certificate of the fetuses or have documentation of an abortion. She cannot get away with this!! Thanks Nick for highlighting this scary situation and potentially protecting future victims from her. I hope Clayton files a defamation lawsuit against her.

This needs to be a lifetime movie. This girl is NUTS!🤯🤯🤯
  • @lorendavis197
I have so much respect for Clayton and his perseverance in this crazy situation. This lady needs help.
  • @vousetesbellllle
This was way more interesting than Gypsy’s interview. I hope Clayton gets justice!
  • @jockboy
    D A VE N E A L has been reporting on this case FOR 4 MONTHS.
  • @Bonjour_Yall421
So happy Clayton can finally address this nightmare situation.
  • FINALLY!!! JUSTICE FOR CLAYTON! ❤❤❤ Put this woman behind bars for hurting so many people and for WASTING! our tax money 🤬
  • This is so scary… he has been living an absolute nightmare! This IS true crime. Justice for Clayton.
  • If the Viall Files really cared about Clayton, they’d have a link to his GOFUNDME
  • @elljay700
NOT Y’ALL DELETING COMMENTS about another channel that covered this story when you were too scared. SMH
  • @MeganFoxWriter
Clayton, you have to sue her in civil court. The justice system will never EVER punish her without you filing the suit. It's unfair but it's the only way to get justice.
  • I am so grateful that you are showing this story. Clayton I’m sorry you had to go through this. Nick I’m glad you are getting coverage on this. I saw it on and off on Dave’s channel. Beautiful to see that the gofundme truly helped you in court and that his videos allowed you to step back. What an interesting story!!!
  • @Lucyan313
Why is Dave's Neal name cut out of the interview? He was the person who called Clayton and got him GoFundMe and lawyer. Not cool.
  • @saraha5070
If anyone cares or feels bad for Clayton here, please donate to his gofundme that D4ven eal set up months ago. Only Susie, Blake H, and Michael A were brave enough to donate to it, everyone else in BN was too chicken. He was essentially abandoned by bachelor nation when he needed support the most. Thank goodness for D4ve and RS, who have been exposing her lies for the last several months.
  • Do any other regular listeners feel disappointed by Nick and Natalie's feed back? Like they HYPED gypsy up to the public. Made it very clear, they understood her and vouched for her character. They used clayton for an episode when they inherently don't like him over the Susie of it all and it SHOWS. They merely listened... any feedback was DRY and never confirming they agreed with him when he had nothing but literal FACTS. I loved the story but nick and Natalie's vibe sucks so bad on this one.
  • @alexp2915
Still listening, but just wanted to say I’m so proud of Clayton and that I believed him from the beginning of the whole ordeal! He’s obviously a genuinely nice person and it’s an unfortunate law of the universe that honest and kind people get targeted by sociopathic types. I’m glad this experience hasn’t changed his good heart 🫶✊
  • @kinthemountains
I'm not a big watcher of the Bachelor, but heard about this case online. It's probably one of the craziest stories I've heard in a long time and I wish there were even more eyes on it. This woman needs to be held truly accountable for her actions
  • Woke up this morning, said "Hello, everybody," put on my REF HAT, and went out in RUSH HOUR traffic in order to go to my job BARREL SCRAPING. On the way I got to listen to this amazing video. Thanks to Nick for covering this after ~no one else provided ~any coverage of this story for the last 3 months, as far as I can tell. Wild, wild story. Whew!
  • @sarahmorley1031
As someone who has suffered 8 miscarriages and no longer has the option of getting pregnant after having to have a hysterectomy, this makes me sick to my stomach. To just lie so flippantly about something so serious is beyond disgusting and disturbing. Clayton seems to have really grown through this process and I’m sure it’s made him a stronger, more resilient person. I’m so sorry he has had to go through this and I hope he knows he is believed and supported. In regards to the girl (can’t call her a woman) I hope that she gets the help she so clearly needs and doesn’t do this to anyone ever again. Surely if she can lie about this, she can lie about anything. How can anyone in her life ever trust a word she says. I hope karma doesn’t catch up with her because I wouldn’t wish losing a baby on my worst enemy!
