2019 still watching! This is definitely one of the most AMAZING things I ever seen ANYONE do in a competitive sport and it is NOT cheating. If I was one of the cyclist and he passed me I would have laughed my ass off. Kudos to you Superbikeman!

He brings his ankles above the pedals such that his tip of the shoes touch the pedals. As soon as he got hold of that, he placed his feet and started pedalling. Good technique.
