"Scout Without Clout" is a pseudonym, for Luc. I'm an independent scout & an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints & Pelicans. This year's 2023 NFL & NBA Drafts mark my 16th year of scouting. My mission with this channel is to create the best New Orleans sports podcast, to foster an enhanced community through our teams, to educate fans that are interested in the nuances of sports, & to one day professionally break into a competitive industry: sports.
