Hi, I am Richard Wygand, a Dad on a mission. I am former professional triathlete and on July 2016 I became a Dad. My son was born with an unexpected rare muscle condition, called Nemaline Myopathy. Later in 2016 I decided to retire from racing to dedicate myself to my son and my family.

My mission? Help my son overcome his challenges and empower others to do the same.

I am currently the president of The Go Luke Wygand Foundation with the mission to help families with Physical Challenges Exceed!
