I have been living with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis for nearly three decades; I enjoy sharing with people the tools that have helped me along my healing journey.

I am a creative entrepreneur, educator, and carry my 500 hour Yoga Trauma Informed Teacher, Therapeutic Art Coach, and Reiki Level 1 certifications. You're in good hands🙌🏾
