Next time you do a technique like this, can you just add you doing it 5 times at full speed at the end? It would really help. Thank you.
  • @Downhaven
You're breakdowns are great. I love seeing techniques broken up this way.

Best explanation of the penetration step I've ever seen. Been in BJJ for over a decade and wrestling longer. Great stuff.
  • @911shan
Sir, just one request, after the explanation, do it at full speed a few times and then show it against a resisting opponent.
  • I'm not even a wrestler but I know a really good tutorial when I see it! You're an excellent instructor. Most YouTube MMA instructors I see unfortunately aren't. You have a good speaking voice and you explain things so logically. Thanks!

Not only are you a great wrestler, your also a great teacher.
  • @gextreme2381
Well demonstrated. Lower level, small step forward, drive off back leg, turn the corner, drive across. Well done! Been wrestling my entire life and lotsm of bjj guys miss these critically important details. Not this guy. This is how it's done. Master it.

You're a great teacher, I'm a white belt in bjj and found this extremely supplemental, thanks man

skipping the rock just blew my mind! Thanks
  • @gambarusso
Here I was thinking about only training shooting today. This came in handy. Thank you!
  • Sir this was extremely helpful. I am a college wrestler that relied on oly upper body takedowns because I couldn't shoot off of a right leg lead stance due to a knee injury, i hit my first correct shot of my life with this, and I need to switch to a left leg lead to do it.

Derrick Lewis probably needs this video the most.
  • 1. Another Great video !!!! 2. Do a montage series, of the technique, at the beginning an end, to make this video A+ ! That way we get to see this at full speed, and with increasing resistance. Keep up the great work ! Thank You ๐Ÿ™

Awesome! I always drive my knee into the mat like that, now I understand what I am doing wrong. Very good video with great explanation of each movement. Thank you. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅ‡๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ
