    Braun talked like a personal trainer in the gym when you listened the way he pushed his client to finish the exercise when Shemas was struggled! 😂 got the feeling that he is a Personal Trainer.

  • Pay attention. Behind the head presses to just level with the bulge or occipital bun at the back of the head (not lower), and nice wide hand spacing with upright rows to avoid shearing in the shoulder joint. Kudos to Sheamus 'The Celtic Warrior' and all the Superstars for doing these multi functioning routines!

    Watching all these, has made me just appreciate Sheamus more and more. I love the friendship he seems to have with ALL these superstars, many with whom he's had good on screen storylines with, and showing his willingness to try anything(training wise lol).
