Penelope gundam still unfinished technology for minovsky flight unit. Xi is much better flight than penelope. But penelope has mega beam canon

Hmm a Raid hm? Not surprising given its weapons it was either gonna be a heavy ranged raid or a support nevertheless with its release in the first week of October and currently woth 100+ tokens I should have close enough tokens for the 10 step-up though just doing the 7 step-up should suffice.
