We mix all the ingredients and knead and rest for an hour and a half first, then take the puff of the dough and knead it and rest for 10 minutes and then open the dough and give the desired shape and then rest for 20 minutes and then roll it with a napkin and We cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
