Cotton candy is one of the most popular treats found at fairs, carnivals and sporting events. You don't have to wait until summer to get a fresh batch of the sweet treat. An entrepreneur in Waconia turned an idea from her daughter's birthday party into a booming business. Crystal Jensen launched Candie Clouds a few years back. She spins sugar into fun creations including cotton candy cakes.
