South is getting HAMMERED with rain and storms I hope they don't have to deal with any more hurricanes

We’re still trying to recover from Beryl. The amount of trees that this hurricane uprooted was insane. It hasn’t stopped raining for us to be able to clean up. The ground is sloshy and gross. Praying we get a break soon. We couldn’t even prepare accordingly for a new storm at this point. The whole greater Houston area is struggling.
