    I wake up every morning feeling fearful. Hating to face the day, feeling anxious, shaky and tired, heart racing, dizziness, upset stomach. This has been going on for over 10 years. I have no happiness or Joy in the morning and it takes effort to get out of bed. Good to know I am not alone in this battle. So grateful for The Anxiety Guy he has helped me get through many dark days. Anxiety sufferers understand the hell we face everyday but remember we are warriors! I dont know what demon this is that we're fighting but I encourage you to keep fighting, stay positive and don't give up. By the grace of God we will make it through this!

    1 month update: I listen to this whole 30 minute video every time I do stretches and weightlifting before doing my run. This has helped me out tremendously! I still have some intermittent morning anxiety symptoms, but they've been fading faster and more efficiently as I've been healing over time. If I could give this video a thousand likes, I would.     I feel the same way in the mornings, a tremendous rush of adrenaline goes through my body! Anxious thoughts instantly go through my mind and can’t go back to sleep. It’s hard to eat, no appetite, lost 30 lbs! It’s been 4 months now! My muscle in my but are so tense, I feel like I’m sitting on a board! I started these these affirmations and it helps a bit. Never new it could get this bad! It’s a very slow process to healing but I’m going to beat this! Stay strong and positive. It will get better! Fear not for Jesus is with you 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻

    Just discovered these videos while searching self help for anxiety. I could just cry. I believe these are going to save me. So much of my anxiety comes from horrible self talk and convincing myself that the physical anxiety symptoms are a sign that there's something medically wrong with me. Thank you for pointing out that they are merely messages. I have extreme morning anxiety with rapid heart beat, racing thoughts and dizzyness. These videos bring about a sense of peace that I can't put into words. Thank you I look forward to many more.

    Hey anxiety guy just wanted to let you know how much your videos have helped me on my road to recovery. When I first found your videos I was getting 4-5 panick attacks a day, unable to quit smoking, and was losing my ability to exercise. Thanks to your videos I was able to quit smoking since my biggest issue with smoking was always anxiety. I've also been getting back into the gym. I'm not 100% by any means, but your videos have helped me so much
