  • I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Stay in the word, in prayer n in community. :) I’m glad we have access to these things.
  • This would help people dealing with withdrawal especially insomnia - I was prescribed 0.5mg xanax after a surgery and I took it longer than prescribed. Unknowingly I stopped taking it thinking I no longer need it. And the days to follow were a pure hell. I was anxious and I couldn't get any sleep. I barely slept for a week which made my anxiety worse. Thankfully, I am into ayurveda so I researched and took wintercherry(ashwagandha), Indian pennywort(brahmi) and valerian root(tagara) extract. And I finally got 8 hours of good sleep that night and woke up with no anxiety. I hope this helps anyone dealing with withdrawals.

At some point, it is no longer "withdrawl." Its damage. Plain and simple -- damage.
  • Your wrong "not months" but years for some of us ,for me I've been screwed up for 7 years still with some withdrawal symptoms... after a 16 year Valium use ( as prescribed) and a cold turkey.

  • Way to sleepy to stay awake. Way tosick to fall asleep. It's a hell you will never know until you go
  • This was a fantastic video. I will have to do some research on all of these chemicals (because it is way above my paygrade), but I hope this can help me (and others). Thanks a bunch. Peace.

Too many speakers don't have any experience in taking benzos, they simply speak from what have been mentioned in textbooks.
  • Thank you Elliot ! Can you please do a video on withdrawal from neuroleptics and anti psychotics. There are so many trying to deal with the side effects of these drugs as well. Your work is critical. Thank you

Sending love and positive thoughts. You are a worthy kind person and deserve a good like. Take 1 day at a time and try to slowly get off all benzos. How u eat (no food like substances), how u move (find some type of physical activity you like or can tolerate - start slow), and how you think are the keys to health.

Hi Elliot, again thank you for sharing your knowledge so freely. Can you please help me figure this our, is there some of the b vitamins that will be better / worse to take together? I’m thinking specifically about if I can take B1 and B2 at the same time? Thank you so much Malin

There has to be a way to wean off these prescribed medications without suffering for years. I'm on year 4. I lost my job and most of my friends, because idiot doctors cut me off cold turkey. Was the worst time of my life and still is. I went for help and they made me worst. Now I have to go to the pharmacy to get a weekly blister pack with 28 pills a day, like some drug addict. The benzos were prescribed to me and I might lose my life because of them. I'm basically stuck in bed 24/7. It's a living hell.
