Doesn't look like it will happen, but please post more of this if possible. The best bit of Bagua instruction I have seen on the internet.

I have been practising Ba Gua for close to a half century - I've suddenly discovered that the single change and double palm changes are ALL of Ba Gua. Everything you need is in just those two changes. The only problem is the that it takes you several decades to realise this.
  • Much appreciated for posting the clear and detailed instructions on the basic of Bagua;)

This is a generous gift of internal fundamentals for Bagua. So eloquently explained and demonstrated. I truly hope you continue this video as one of a series. Beautifully done! Combined with left, center, right channels, meridian, dantien, visceral and energy elements qualities etc... is a life time of material - but I hope you release more even so. There's a great need for this art to be shared and preserved in a society so focused on the external electronic nervous systems of computers.

I am familiar with Cheng, Yin, Liu, and Gao style and all them have the inner foot step straight and outer foot make circle. Also, feet almost rub each other with every step. This look like Yin style stepping with Cheng style upper body and walker did not get indoor instruction.

Thank you, great practice video, you break the movement so well and clear excellent, I am so greatful for you all.

The demonstrator obviously knows what he's doing.. The narrator confuses K'o pu and P'ai bu. Forget the commentary - just watch the demonstration.

Based on the footwork, If I'm not mistaken, this could be Sun Lutang's Bagua Quan.

I was told that the founder initially taught only 3 palm changes. Not sure how long before there was a change to that, clearly all the folks he taught were already seasoned martial artists that modified the 'way to study' with they way they already taught their existing martial arts, and you can see that in the various branches. I miss Bagua practice with other students.

    老师傅的趟泥步有俩问题,第一是起步抬脚尖,其实是外脚里扣,里脚直趟。
