I just built a PC in one of these cases. I also got a noisy PSU, and the two 120mm fans don't have the best noise profile. I'm going to swap out the CM PSU for a Corsair SF750, and the fans for Noctua NF-A12s, and then put some electrical tape on the stupid CPU pumpblock. It's such a shame that CM messed up what is a lovely case, with terrible accessories. I would have preferred to buy it more barebones! Also, a word of warning to nvidia Founders card owners - this case is pretty bad for airflow, one of your fans will be blasting air at a solid interior wall, and the other will be blasting air at your desk. Stick to third party cards.
  • Thank you for posting this excellent video.Your discussion of the different components always convinces me to watch every one of your reviews. You present so well and really show a knowledge of the product under test. The videography is outstanding, certainly in the top bracket. This case offers something interesting: some USB ports at the bottom of the case. That is a useful idea.

6:10 that’s a deal breaker for me. My first pc built I bought cheap broze rated 650w psu, and it was the loudest pc component, so annoying, ended up replacing it immediately to a really good one gold rated fully modular 850w, and it’s making no noise whatsoever. Lesson learnt - don’t buy crappy psu.

Not what I expected with the photos I saw online. I thought it was much larger with plenty of room for proper air cooling solution. I also did not know it came with liquid cooling and its own PSU. Requiring liquid cooling clearly takes it out of my "wishlist", but I am sure most people won't have a problem with that. Very good and helpful review.

I really want to migrate the guts of my Fractal Torrent Nano into this case. Such a small footprint.

I saw this one on sale already, don't know if it's a legit one or not. Thanks ❤️

As someone who works from home, the lack of idle fan stop really kills this case for me. A PC shouldn't be making any noise if I'm simply using outlook, teams and other non-intensive apps. Hopefully they'll issue a V2 and fix it. I don't have much experience with SFX PSU's, do they all make noise during intensive loads? My ATX PSU is silent no matter what load I'm putting through it.
  • @olaf2554
can you buy that rizer cable seperately?
  • @markus.schiefer
I was thinking about this one, but instead I went with the NANOQ, which should be available in two months.

This would be great for a Firewall ProxMox computer. Too bad it doesn't look like it can have a dual 1G/10G NIC card connection, since there is no room for it. And not many good motherboards have dual 10G NIC connections. So you can use it as a FireWall Router ProxMox computer. Its a really nice design. Maybe on next Black Friday 2024 i'll pick it up when prices drop. Because $380 for a case is pretty steep.
