These post shtf videos really do give a different perspective on this stuff than tv and movies push. Survival communities don't need to be socialist communes or warlord run dictatorships.

great scenario and plan. only thing that stood out to me was the part about "law and order". Reason: No document or procedure can make an evil act into a good act. Ergo, making a law has no effect on morality. Encourage people to be moral, punish those that are not. Do not encourage them to "follow the law".

As a comms guy, I'm always baffled why such scenarios don't mention a radio tent that is gathering intel and sending personal messages to other communities near, and far. We should already have trusted contacts to try reaching, post event.
