    Hey Sean, I had this question... - Where or how do you find lenders in a proper systematic way so you can compare them. Is there a list? How many are out there? Is there a way to find their information to contact them? Who are the most reputable.

    Hi Sean, im wondering if you can provide information on RV buying. Currently saving up for my down-payment or should i get a loan for the full amount and immediately put my down-payment towards the loan? Research shows RVs are cheaper in November December so thats when ill upgrade.

    Im trying to make sense of this. I've got a considerable amount of money and would like to start investing in rentals, but the numbers dont seem to make sense. Rough numbers, but if i buy a house for $300,000 cash and rent it for $2,000 a month and there's $500 a month tax, $200 a month insurance, another $100 a month rental agency, $150 a month repairs, so let's say you bank $1,000 a month that's $12,000 a year net. That's if you pay cash and there's no interest. That's 4%. It's not terrible, but if there's interest, you're losing money. I'd like to get into real estate, but am i missing something?
