Hey Sean, I had this question... - Where or how do you find lenders in a proper systematic way so you can compare them. Is there a list? How many are out there? Is there a way to find their information to contact them? Who are the most reputable.
  • Hi Sean, im wondering if you can provide information on RV buying. Currently saving up for my down-payment or should i get a loan for the full amount and immediately put my down-payment towards the loan? Research shows RVs are cheaper in November December so thats when ill upgrade.

Im trying to make sense of this. I've got a considerable amount of money and would like to start investing in rentals, but the numbers dont seem to make sense. Rough numbers, but if i buy a house for $300,000 cash and rent it for $2,000 a month and there's $500 a month tax, $200 a month insurance, another $100 a month rental agency, $150 a month repairs, so let's say you bank $1,000 a month that's $12,000 a year net. That's if you pay cash and there's no interest. That's 4%. It's not terrible, but if there's interest, you're losing money. I'd like to get into real estate, but am i missing something?
