Here’s a savage conditioning workout to help improve your cardio and muscular endurance for MMA. Here’s the break down⬇️

▪️10 minutes of jump rope to warmup
▪️4 sets of 25 hip drops (1-2 minute rest between sets)
▪️4 sets of 25 sprawl get ups (1-2 minute rest in between sets)
▪️10 minutes of forward and backward bear crawls
▪️10 month of free flow shadowkickboxong to end

Be sure to rest when needed but PUSH YOUR PACE!!! You got it!!!

  • I did a modified bear crawl workout yesterday modeled on your videos. Absolutely crushing, but I can feel my entire body responding. I wish I’d done these when a college athlete about 40 years ago. They’re so hard after a few minutes, but never boring. I will incorporate many of your exercises into my workouts. I go a lot slower than you, but as fast as I’m able. Thanks so much for the videos!

  • Insanely good training, I just did it, and couldn't finish the 3rd exercise in the same number of sets (25*4), so I did 20*5. First time I was challenged that much on youtube.
