Howell (Nick Offerman) who wrote the legal code for Arizona in 1864 and effectively banned nearly all abortions in the state.

    I'm from Pottstown. He has NEVER come to their Graduations at The Hill School. Trust me...we would have known. The WHOLE TOWN would have known. That school is right around the corner from my family's home.
