THE CRUST becomes available in Early Access on July 15th. I’m looking forward to getting more into this one, without the demo progress stopper!
  • shockwaves need a medium to travel through. the moon doesn't have an atmosphere but it does have the ground. the shockwave could travel through the moon itself.

Okay so I just got into the 10 minute mark of this video and I have to say THANK YOU!!!! for the way you did the intro stuff. You actually let the dialog and the videos play out and didn't cut it like so many people seem to do on Youtube! I saw the series last time but part of the fun was to see if things changed and how it flowed and stuff, and you left that in. So thanks! Its just been so frustrating to watch others. ---- EDIT. Oooh they answered the question of where "we" are. The orbital station. Awesome.

Okay! Got to the end and ooh yeah, this was fun! Great first episode. Looking forward to seeing more. Very fun. Very enjoyable. Thanks for playing and uploading this.
  • Stoked that this is back on the channel, looking forward to this one. Especially as Workers and Resources is getting deeper into slideshow territory (still a great series) hopefully this fills a bit of that gap!

  • @strongalloy
Great to see this and can't wait to get my hands on the kickstarter release!
  • It was good to see you talk about the multi regolith refinery this time, Ive had this game wish listed for so long now, cant wait til the 15th
  • The model design for the medium solar panels totally reminded me of the smart flower that I recently saw on facebook it is said to produce more power than the traditional solar panels because it follows the position of the sun in the sky much like how the sunflower does everyday

I loved the demo. I’m so hyped to watch your play through

Technically, the moon does have an atmosphere. It is just super duper thin. So thin it is as if it didn't have one, but it does.
  • @trogdor213
Excited for the full release series after the demo!
  • I love this game. I also liked the way you didn't talk during the opening video. All the other videos I have seen, the content creator talked through it

As for shockwave. Lets say there was ice on the astroide, it could make gasses like oxygen and hydrogen by the heat of the impact. this would only work if it was closeish though as the gravety on the moon proberly wouldnt be strong enough to make the shockwave curve and the gasses would just go into space. Just a random thought to feed youtube so people can see your video

good preview...just heard about this Darker Grittier Satisfactory... love SAT but this looks Very Interesting too.
  • @Havok135
I think that it was explained that you could see a fireball explosion from the oxygen being ignited by the impact. As for the blast wave, it was prolly the concussive force of the impact that sent debris flying in all directions. I could be wrong though, this is a game...so cant take it to literal.
