Super easy and delicious Amaretti almond biscuits, caramel and coffee no bake and gluten free dessert cups recipe. Amaretti biscuits are naturally gluten free, this dessert is perfect for those with gluten intolerance. Only few ingredients and ready in just 10 minutes! Perfect dessert table idea for parties and any occasions. You can use smaller cups or make decadent mini dessert shooters. Everyone will love it and ask for more!

RECIPE:

1tbps instant coffee
80ml (1/3 cup) boiling water
80ml (1/3 cup) cold water
300ml (1+1/4 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar (adjust according to taste)
1 tsp almond extract
70g (1/4 cup) caramel or Dulce de leche (I use store bought caramel)
1 small pack Amaretti biscuits

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
