The way Steve Vai enters the frame on a throne is insanely good

Props for Polyphia for featuring not yet recognized talents in their songs. Gonna check out this Steve fellow.
  • @PLKxR
Tim is so technical and it's crazy but Steve can make a guitar sing and you can't ever get away from the fact that 40 years of loving your instrument teaches something that you can't describe and can only appreciate it.

For those who are new to Polyphia: Lead Guitar - Anime Protagonist Guitar - Jesus Bass - Johnny Depp Drums - Jason Momoa
  • @lohkebeats
The five minute 30 second intro to that trumpet solo was insane.
  • @EthanRom
Having Steve Vai in your song is a new whole level of “you’ve made it” as a guitar player

Damn this Steve guy is really good at guitar. No wonder he got featured in a Polyphia song. I hope he will make it big someday. I support you Steve bro. Goodluck and keep practicing.

I love the ending. All these legendary virtuosos paying homage to the greatest virtuoso of all. A trumpeter who can play multiple trumpet parts at once on a single trumpet.
  • @BenLevin
Steve Vai has been such a consistently positive influence on SO many people for SO long and he is unstoppable!
  • I lost my brother at 34 years old due to a failed liver, He LOVED this band and especially this song in particular. I listen to it almost every day with tears running down my face, I love and miss my brother dearly and his appreciation for amazing musicians as well as the musician he himself was. This song will always be dear to me. <3

As a musician for over 40 yrs, never heard of this group until today. Absolutely phenomenal 🔥
  • @epblu
Bro the way they introduced Vai in to the video actually gave me chills, having him sitting on that throne felt incredibly respectful.
  • I think these guys have won at guitar. They've reached the true tetris end screen. I'm not sure how it's really possible to bring multiple guitarists together and sound any better than this. Also, that trumpet outro was perfection.

Probably my 60th play through since discovering Polyphia about two weeks ago. Steve Vai just adds some old school icing on the cake. At 64 years old I thought I had heard it all. All I can say about this band is just wow!

Dude that shot with Scotty, Tim and Steve all back to back is fucking legendary
  • @who_cares__
Great to see Steve & the boys share their love for vocals. Truly inspirational
  • @julianarata9697
Steve vai is literally the reason I ever picked up a guitar. This brought immense happiness
  • @ashwa__thama
They brought 90's best guitarist in their music video. Hell bro. Respect. Good to see Steve vai after so many years.
  • @Teknophreak
I'm at a loss for words. The way Vai comes in, doesn't overplay, just melds in with the kids and adds a bit more to an already fantastic piece...just perfect.
