There is an unexplainable feeling when you're able to hunt and plant your own food. It brings a sigh of relief knowing exactly where your food is coming from and that you're the first person to handle your food.

Aaron, this episode drives home all the things I love about you. Your fishing and boating skills, your realness and authenticity, your ability to make me feel like you are talking just to me, your ability to educate not just in various forms of fishing but also cooking. And most of all your ability to live in the moment and appreciate your life and all that you have! Peace brother and thanks for being someone I always root for!

The smile on your face when you're holding up the snapper is just pure joy. That joy is the reason I love fishing. Love watching you having fun fishing.
  • I know if I woke up and looked out the door at the view you have I would have to pinch myself too. Aaron you paid your dues and done it the right way and you deserve what you have! So happy for you and always a fan!

I grew up in Tampa/ St. Pete. And did all the things, clams, oysters, mullet, blue crabs ,self designed shrimp nets, smoking fish, shrimp, clams and wrote the menu for Two restaurants in st. Petersburg and so,so,so,much more. I got in a bad accident and got addicted to pain killers and am living in sorrow. I don't know what point I'm trying to make but vicariously through watching your videos at least I know how things might have been for me. I thank you for your videos and input while making them. They bring me peace. Thank you!

Aaron...we love your ramblings. It could never be "too much." I don't want to act like I think I speak for everyone of your followers, however I can confidently say that watching you live out your dream gives us happiness.

Love that you managed to not shove brands/products down everyones throats and no sponsors. Thanks for the great content Aaron!

Mutton's were/are always my favorite fish to target and catch. I have an 18 pounder on the wall from a drift boat in Riviera Beach back when I was in my 20's. I'm 56 now. Grew up in Lake Worth, in n Georgia since 94'.

Your videos are literally better than any pain meds I need right now post-op. You’ve made my day! Thanks for all your hard work.

You've created a space in the fishing scene that goes beyond sport and into therapy. Your mellow, thoughtful, and relatable personality transposes into the feel of these amazing edits seamlessly and it is simply awesome.

There's a line from a Carly Simon song: "...stay right here cause these are the good old days."
  • @JustinBera
I'm just glad to see that someone else has a grill that looks like mine, don't feel so bad now 🙂

Aaron Been a follower for years. Don't worry about "preaching" about how you're living your dream. You worked hard to get where you are and that is something that is available to everyone. I'm living vicariously through you and I appreciate how hard you work, how you never take more fish than you need and how you always show how you responsibly harvest and dispatch your catch. Keep up the great work and your amazing down to earth videos! God bless you and Madeline!🙏 Stay safe and tight lines my friend!

as Carly Simon sang in '71 - 'these are.....the good old days' - live your life, you only get one shot at it!

It’s fun watching these as it reminds me of when I lived down there about 10-12 years ago. I was in high school in KW and would go out on the water just like that every week and weekend. every now and then you pop up on my feed and it just reminds me how much fun it could be living down there.
