  • At 70 yrs old, I can confidently affirm this is not a midlife crisis. This is your awakening. There is so much more ahead of you. Embrace it.
  • A man has two lives. The first one starts when he is born, the second life starts - when he realises he has only 1.

Dear Doctor:I'm one of your colleagues.I graduated in 1977 in Cuba and I became first pediatrician and then pediatric surgeon.I migrated with my wife and two small kids and I started to get ready for USMLE.Suddenly I got sick of a neurologick condition, doctors dx as MS but I doubt it is,this is another story. You as a good human being underwent the crisis of a real doctor who is surrounded of a corrupt medical enviroment where patients are money ONLY and the system main goal is only to achieve more money. You don't have a crisis, you have an awakening! Congratulations and continue enjoying your life with your wife and dog. Respectfully yours. Dr Pedro Garcia-Montalvan.

They have been telling us for centuries that food is medicine, and movement is life. Congrats on taking your freedom!
  • sitting in nature, mountains in the background, minimal editing, just a man talking about life for 40 mins. This is what YouTube is for
  • My grandfather taught me, at 15, " learn two jobs, one with your mind, one with your hands... At 35, I walked away from corporate & became a carpenter. Retired & very happy.

You’ve awakened to what is important in life…it isn’t money or greed.

You did something 99.9999% of people would never be able to do (become a neurosurgeon) and now you're doing something 99.9999999999% of people would never be able to do - living a fulfilling life.
  • Just because you're unemployed doesn't mean you're not still an MIT educated Neurosurgeon.
  • This gentleman single-handedly inspired a better lifestyle in 7.5million people. this video is a gem

This is a man who saw through all the bullshit and decided to live. Good for him. The system destroys brilliance.
  • Medical professional here... walked away after 40 years of high stress 24/7... sold everything and lived off the grid. Immediate happiness and content... I'm still here.

He really exposed how the medical industry benefits from temporarily fixing the problem instead of preventing it from happening. If they can prevent you from getting hurt or sick then they will have no business. I work in the medical field and I see many people that will never get the help they need because the damage was already done. They ask how can they prevent this from happening and they just say genetics or other reasoning. It’s a tough field when you see it within.

You are what doctors are supposed to be. You have been more honest and trustworthy in this video, than any doctor I have ever heard. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You are a good man, and that is very rare.
  • I've never before sat through a 45-minute video, completely mesmerized, with just a man talking to the camera. No music. No text. No graphics. This was all about your story and trust me, I wanted to hear every single word.
  • @UrielStrife
Dude thought he was quitting being a doctor, but gave the best doctor visit 5m+ people ever had in a 6 day window. Thank you Hero.

Wow, my wife and I listened to this and was blown away. We both are over 70 with a lot of back problems. What we have done a few weeks ago is changed from out regular doctor to a holistic doctor. We had a lot of doubt but we wanted to FIX our problems and not put a bandaid on them. What you have done here is gave us a positive foot hold on what we have started. I want to thank you for being so honest and caring. You have created a great video here and I will be passing it on to others, to learn. Thank you and your loving wife, oh doggie also.

You just hit the jackpot by having such a supportive wife. With a wife like that, all will be good.
