    I got my aunt who is 73 and recently diagnosed with MS, on the Magnesium L-Threonate. She’s on her 2nd bottle and says she is far more alert and forgets less things, and doesn’t know what she would have done otherwise.

    This was incredibly helpful! It keeps coming out how incredibly important Magnesium is, but so overwhelming with all of the types. I have Hashimotos and have just heard Mg Glycinate is the one to take , but I’m doing more research. Also read Mg is important for vitamin D absorption but just getting into knowing more about all of this. So much info out there but you really break it down well…

    I hope your arm/ shoulder heals quickly and smoothly. Ive done acupuncture and cupping when I messed up my rotator cuff. I never needed surgery. I highly recommend it! ❤
