My mother is nearly 60 and her little secret of wearing tape on her forehead has really prevented wrinkles. I remember making fun of her when i was a teen for taping her forehead but it's truly worked all these years 😂
  • Satin is a type of weave not materiaal composition. For all who cannot afford silk, if you can put your hands on satin fabric made of cotton, that would be really great.

You are such a light to this world Sarah. I started watching you when I was 13, and now I’m 23. Having you as my role model growing up has taught me to look after myself from a very young age. Thank you ❤️
  • @mangoani
Definitely need a video on natural fiber clothing!! I’ve been wanting to change my wardrobe to more natural fibers but need some clothing inspiration 😢
  • Thank you so much for making these videos for us. This channel is such a gem! Could you make one on how to protect your hair from sun and heat damage?
  • @LOUISE__97
Truly one of the most beautiful humans, inside and out. You just radiate light! ❤
  • thanks so much for this! I am slowly starting to become more aware of all of the harmful behaviours, products, foods etc. that we're fed. It's nice receive trusted tips from someone whos been exploring this world for so many years now. Would love to see an updated video on your fav topical beauty products (makeup and skin) as well as ones that didnt work for you, or even a guide for what to look for in a natural beauty product!! it can be kind of daunting when you're beginning research.

Oh my goodness, I remember watching your channel throughout late middle school and early high school. You taught me so much about self-care and inner peace, and I'm so happy to see that you are still uploading. I haven't watched one of your videos in years, and I am very glad to be back. Peace and love to you, Sarah. 💓
  • ❤Thank you for this video as a reminder to take care of ourselves! I love your videos where you make products. I’m trying to stock pile homemade items from the garden now as gifts for holidays😊
  • Sarah! Have missed your uploads 😭 It's been fun seeing you do Q&As over on IG and hearing about all the big changes happening in your life!
  • @velinap
I love your videos, they are so calming and so informative! But two things struck me: 1. Seed oils are not necessarily bad for you. Many of them are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Just like olive oil, as long as they are cold-pressed and not industrially processed, they are actually rather healthy for you. 2. Satin is a weave, not a fibre. You can have satin made from natural fibres like silk, cotton, etc.
  • Castor oil is a thick oil that can block the oil glands on your waterline (eyelids). It happened to me, and was very hard to get rid of. The symptoms are eyes that feel dry all the time and tiny bumps on your waterline. Avoid if possible!

Huge thank you. I have learned so much from you over the years. Consistency is my biggest issue lately because it’s tricky to incorporate all the secrets all the time! 😅
