”The more you hold on to the things,The more you will suffer"...well said👍

Pain doesn't makes you stronger. Trauma doesn't makes you stronger. It made you weak and gives you sleepless night. YOU MADE YOURSELF STRONGER.

This is the most powerful video I have ever watched.Since two years,I was fighting to let go some people in my life and I got the right answer in this 8 minutes of video out of hundreds of videos I watched in two years. 1.Nothing is Permanent 2.Suffering is not holding you.You are holding suffering. 3.You have to let go everything at some point of your life 4.So,Let go at the right time Namobudhhya

Your blissful words really calm my mind. Due to heart attack my beloved father passed away within 15-20 mins. We can't do anything, it was so fast. It's so painful to let your beloved person go, it's the most hard part of life. I really love to hear your voice and lessons. It gives me strength to overcome this situation. Nothing is permanent. I have to let my father go. I think he is now free from all the earthly pain and sufferings.

I’m a Buddhist. Even being a Buddhist living here in the US, I tend to forget this teaching. This is a basic teaching to all Buddhists. I had a high monk reminded me this: Forgive Forget & Let Go. If not, you will live with a heavy heart. I just went through a breakup. Very painful. I shall remember an important teaching to Forgive, Forget & Let you

Literally tears flowing down from my eyes. Its not easy to let go of some people from our life but nothing is permanent. We have to let go of them at some point of time sooner or later.

I went through breakup 1 week ago, it was more of one sided love that I had. Anyways I needed to move one. Best decision I took, because he was not emotionally connected. It was his decision to be not connected. But i knew i had to let him go, for my inner peace. And i let him go, peacefully. Thankyou for this beautiful video, Namo buddhay🌼
