The early part of the Easter break provided some excellent small boat fishing conditions. We caught plenty of fish, but found the more desirable species such as whiting and flathead a little difficult to locate in good numbers.
Still, it was great to be out in the boat and as always the family fishing rivalry and friendly banter was on display right from the start!

    Looks like some great days out on the water. Nice an flat, not too much wind and plenty of sunshine topped off with good company and plenty of fish to go around! What a magic place to be. Those Gurnard are fascinating fish. Been a long time since I saw a Sea Robin, or a Robin Red Breast for that matter, going back to your first video.

    Tinny gets along at a reasonable rate of knots, with a 30hp motor. Do you go out further from land at all, or is the best fishing close in?
