“You’re not just a danger to the public, you’re a danger to those who love you”

On September 14, 2007, 19yo Ashley Wallace wakes up in a hospital bed, surrounded by police officers accusing her of being a serial killer, after her sister, Bree, found a note in which Ashley confesses to the murders of her father and stepfather; the problem is, Ashley did not write this letter. What happened to her that night would uncover one of the most disturbing serial killers the state of New York has ever seen, the last person Ashley would ever think would want to harm her, or her family.

“Oh my god this is not- happening”. To know she was disappointed and panicked that her child wasn’t dead..is insane.
  • 2nd degree?!? She murdered two men and tried to murder her own daughter, how is that not capitol muder? Poor baby girl having to go through this
  • @SnivillusLupin
Everybody is forgetting David Jr. He thought his father hated him because of Stacey, and she took David away from his son too. I'm glad he knows that his father still loves him.

Another insane factor to this story is despite all the evidence pointing to Stacey's guilt, Stacey's mother believed she was innocent and that Ashley killed her father and step father. Imagine your own grandmother believing you killed your dad as an 11 year old. How stupid and cruel can you get?
  • @JennyferPepin
What a disgusting witch! Not only did she kill her husbands but she also tried to frame and kill her daughter TWICE???
  • One thing left out of this video was the fact that Stacy would call antifreeze “antifree”. And in the “suicide note” it was written antifree multiple times.

I was touched when Prosecutor Fitzpatrick started yelling at Stacie. That man showed more concern for her children than she did and he was the voice for both of them in that court. What a witch

Clicked on this random video in my feed and was left floored. My first wife tried to poison me with antifreeze in my Gatorades. I nearly died. Here i am with my 2nd wife, a beautiful family, everything i ever wanted and I'm fighting to stay healthy. The damage done to my insides is catching up to me as i hit my 40's. I live in constant fear that i won't see my babies graduate, find love, have my grandchildren.... I'm so happy that she got the justice that I never found. I fight the effects that months of poisoning still hurt me even today. May she find the peace that I search for to this day.

Oh my goodness the embrace that the sisters made when guilty was read broke my heart. They're so lucky to still have each other.

" She took away my Dad ". " She took away David ". Man , those words , the tears in her eyes , they hit hard . 😢💔
  • @sph534
“she wakes up with a smile everyday, because if she doesn’t, then she know that stacey has won” 😭😭 what a strong woman 🤧
  • @ThisIsJ.Nicole
I heard about this but had never heard from the daughter. This is so upsetting. The fact that their step dad who said he originally didn't want kids fell in love with them and as they grew close their mother grew even more depraved and wicked. Wow. I'm glad she survived and Justice was served to this momster...
  • I find it as a rather sweet moment that Fitzpatrick promised Ashley to walk her down the aisle at her wedding day after she lost two father figures to such a horrible woman. At least she won't walk that aisle alone and will be next to a man who believed and helped her through such a horrible moment in her life

Another comment said “when someone starts explaining everything to the dispatcher, they’re guilty”.. the more I watch, I tend to agree more and more
  • @alecia-gott
to hear that the prosecutor has formed a close bond with the girls and even promised to walk ashley down the aisle is possibly the most heartwarming outcome this terrible case could have
  • @ainhoagarrido3965
I can't imagine Fitzpatrick's frustration and helplessnes when Stacey kept being so cold and calculating. He most probably has kids of his own so for him to try to get justice for the two girls and to think that she tried to kill them after already having killed two people... it must've been so freaking frustrating.
  • @Lakesid
Only 54 years?! She should’ve been sentenced way more than that! She murdered 2 people, tried to kill her OWN DAUGHTER TWICE, tried to frame her and lied about it all?!?
  • @mixedupmatt3658
I CRIED when I found out Fitzpatrick promised to walk Ashley down the aisle. I know that doesn’t fix everything but such a kind thing for a person to do
  • @HPSmugscraft
22:40 that "They CAME to your SCHOOL!?" sounds so hammy and planned. She was feigning outrage to gaslight the very daughter she was trying to kill. What a vile woman.
  • @metalmellie4371
I'm surprised they didn't mention one of the pieces of strong evidence they had against her, which was Stacy would say and write antifreeze as antifree. They had this proof on a number of occasions of her doing this. Neither daughter did this, only her and this is how she spelled it in the letter she wrote 😮😮😮
