This past weekend's assassination attempt on Donald Trump is raising questions over the Secret Service's preparedness. With more living presidents and first family members to protect than ever before, some say agents' responsibilities have expanded vastly but resources have not. CBS News national security contributor A.T. Smith offered his insight on the issue.
