Paul's insights on the importance of company culture are spot on. One thing that's often overlooked is the 'bus factor' in a team – if a key person gets hit by a bus, the business should still be able to run. Diversifying skills and cross-training can mitigate this risk and add to the sustainability he mentioned.

"just let me challenge you on that..." Good work boys, great video
  • @josebennyy
I love that you both feel comfortable to challenge each other. This is exactly the type of people you want to surround yourself with. Not people that will always say yes, but actually question your thought process to provide clarity for more growth! Great podcast!!
  • This is one of the only podcasts I have watched from beginning to end, amazing discussions and insane value thank you guys.

I’m enjoying listening to adults listen and communicate effectively. Thank you gentlemen (writers, producers, et al)

I learned a hell of a lot from Clark Howard… his disposition worked well because I can be sensitive in his communication style. I’m already hard enough on myself.. and I’m imperfect. I had this notion in university…, this is no shade being thrown .. just a pattern I saw… it seemed very easy to misinterpret that just because the students were all taking notes, that they all therefore “should” take your notes. Clark never gave me those vibes and so I listened to him a lot. Thank you Clark. Gratitude.

“When is it going to catch up” thought only comes from when you’re scamming people and know you’ll never be able deliver on the promise you sell them on. Interesting.
  • Paul looks like a villain from a disney movie😂 great content keep it up

I think it will be much better if we have 'BAD Marketing Clips' channel

This guy made his money on clueless wanna-be marketing agency owners, mostly children. His online school is sub par and a rip off from TRW. At least TRW provides you value and real world knowledge. We live in a time where frauds run marketing.
