PS3 games, physical, are starting to shoot up in price, so PSN is probably gonna be the way to go for most people. At least with PS1 & PS2, they're a lot easier to emulate. I expect a lot more investment in PS3 emulation in the future, especially since PS3 & even PS4 are basically timebombs. Unless SONY releases an update that fixes the issue, eventually these systems won't be able to play at least any digital game, and I think it's the PS4 that also won't be able to play physical either. Probably gonna make my first jump to Xbox this gen 😕

Yeah thats kinda sad they are closing it down...seems like they could integrate that all into one mega store for all gens somehow so it becomes like an all access type store. Retro is still so hot right now seems like a win win if they would

I already feel a bit let down by "download before store closes" games we're being recommended to download. Journey was meh and Ducktales Remastered has some control issues. Bomberman Ultra (my first entry into the franchise) is fun, but I can tell it was meant to be party game. I actually bought Plant vs Zombie Garden Warfare and Ghost Recon a few weeks before the PS3 store closure announcement and I play those more than games that I downloaded. I definitely plan to play / download games like Little Big Planets and Ratchet Clank.
