Being Chased By A Flash Flood In Palo Duro Canyon

We came across this minor flash flood in Palo Duro Canyon. Do not try this. Normally flash floods are very dangerous; however, we had come across this surge farther upstream and knew that it was minor. Even with that we made sure that we had an escape route out of the channel at all times.
Video taken on my HTC Titan. We were only going out for a short hike and left all of the nice cameras at home. So I did what I could with what I had. Lesson learned: never go to PDC without your cameras!

    ah, palo duro canyon in my beautiful home state of texas, the canyon is such a beautiful place to see ! this was a really nice video, glad the flow wasnt much bigger than that or you might have gotten into trouble ! yep, really nice video !
