Horns have been a symbol of power and strength since ancient times. However, their connection to the creative energy, the sexual energy, is little-known and rarely understood.

In the allegorical view of the ancients, the protective nature of horns was seen as synonymous with the defensive and protective powers of the human nervous system when stimulated by creative energy conservation and creative energy work - semen retention and bio-electrical energy movement through stretching, meditation, and mindful movements.

The twisting and arcing nature of horns and antlers provided our ancestors with the perfect symbol for the energies they saw and experienced in the natural world - and in their own bodies.

Our shared legends, mythologies, and traditions are full of references to fantastical horned beasts and their powers of generation and regeneration.

This short video briefly touches on only some of the references to these wonderful creatures in the tales of the ancients - and their anatomical and energetic significance.
