Despite it‘s flaws, a very underrated game. Oh, and Demitri has got the diagonal dp (after teleport). You can cancel the dash dp into the normal dp.

SvC chaos is a missunderstand master piece if you take in the account that when capcom made CvS they took all snk mechanics and made the game with a vision of capcom on those mechanics, when SNK made the game, they did the same but with capcom mechanics. For example in cvs you play 3vs3 in svcc you play 1on1 (like in capcom games) as well as the bars, the running and the dash, SvC C is SNK's vision of capcom mechanics
