  • I notised that my asthma/allergy were, in fact, that I am intolerant to sprays on crops/vegetables. Since I started to eat eco friendly food AND decreased the gluten intake... AND moved near by the ocean with it's healthy air.. I've been able to decrease the drug consumption to almost a third. I lives in Sweden.. nowadays in the South of the country

    Some bad bugs can exist in the gut that has more control over what you eat than your will power. I had to get help to starve them off by using coconut oil because it's what I got and Himalayan salt also what I got and white vinegar. It took a few days but eventually I stop ravenously craving chips, cookies and cake. The KFC commercials does not make my mouth water anymore lol.

    How do you explain Paul Saladino's good blood work going from carnivore to meat + lots of fruit and honey? His fasting glucose improved with fruit and honey. He did not put on weight with lots of fruit and honey. Why are many/most fruitarians so lean?

    was just trying to eliminate lectins like bread, nightshade, peanuts etc etc from my diet -but is it a short fix/healing for leaky gut with rather adverse effects on arteries?? Dr Gundry please help??? or any one’s comments on this matter??
