I really Loved how this was explained in details & showed…. That woman took cover to the floor to keep from being shot but yet the officers did it anyway…. So sad

The phrase "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus" is an expression used by some Christians to express their disapproval or condemnation of another person's behavior or beliefs. The “officer” didn’t want her to throw the water. I think she couldn’t believe that he could even think such a thing, so she rebuked him.
