As humans, we are habitual creatures. We tend to do things the way we've done them in the past. Every choice we make, every action we take is writing the story that is our life. Although, sometimes we can fall into a trap and continue to write the story we are used to reading. It is common to identify ourselves with our past. We think we are what we've done and then we live up to that expectation we've set for ourselves. The good news is we can change our story anytime we decide to do so. Knowing that, at the source of each of our habits is a thought gives us the power to change. If we change our thoughts, we can change our habits. It only takes a moment, a thought, a choice to go a new way. Today, we can begin to write a new story.

    This video really worked for me last night. After listening to Sara’s words for about 45 mins, I fell asleep and woke up 2 or 3 hours later. This was the first time I had slept continuously for more than one hour for many weeks. I believe her words must have worked in my subconscious. I got up feeling all refresh and happy to start a new day. Thank you, Sara, for helping me break up my old routine and start a new beginning.

I play your videos all night trying to reprogram my brain to think more positive, happy thoughts and totally different self talk and confidence than usual. I really would love if u made meditation and music 2 separate videos. On nights that I only have time to sleep 4 or 5 hours I hear more music than positive, healthy words.
