The dog is not fearless - it’s playful and unaware of the danger in front of it.

Knowing that there is potential prey/food located there, the mountain lion will be back for that dog. Never leave your dog outside unattended from now on.
  • The dog waits until the mountain lion leaves and then barks like yeah, get the heck out of here and don't come back. 🤣🤣

Dog wasn't fearless, it simply did not know it was looking at death from a position of safety.
  • I love how she says this is really scary. Apparently not scared enough to put the freaking phone down and get the dog. I guess these days taking a video is more important.

I couldn't live in a place like this. I could be sitting outside just having a cup of coffee and that thing rolls up? Nah I'll pass

Dash was chillin’. You were panicking. “Really scary?” Not so much, but a good lesson to never leave Dash outside alone.

I like how the dog is wagging it's tail like it made a new friend.

FYI: if your pet ever has an encounter like this, do not let them outside unattended for the foreseeable future. The predator now sees that there is prey and will repeatedly come back to the house.
  • The mountain lion was very lucky that there was a thick glass door between them.
  • Never leave your door unlocked. He was looking for a way to get in. He could even accidentley hit the door handle and let himself in.

What’s more scary is this cat is not gonna forget this encounter and is going to stick around.

The dog was either too scared to move or ignorant. But, glad the lion finally left without attempting to break the glass.
  • He wasn’t staring down the mountain lion, in fact his tail was wagging. He wanted to make a new friend. I’m glad there was a door between them.

"Dash, get away from there." "Are you kiddin'? Not a chance. This is the biggest kitty I've ever seen. Not missin' a minute of this."
