Dealing with Sadness || Guided Sleep Talk-down

Welcome to this sleep talk down designed by me with the intention to offer you comfort on those nights where you’re feeling down. Using mindful breathing and other mindfulness techniques, this session will help you sit with your sadness from a place of detachment and find some relaxation and peace.

All emotions are natural, even those emotions of sadness, anger and shame. We often try to push them away, force ourselves not to experience them but this habit only serves to make us feel worse. What we should do is relax our bodies and allow those feelings to exist. Our emotions are little sign posts, guiding us through life. They can tell us a lot if we become still and listen.
