INGREDIENTS:
4 medium potatoes
2 eggs
frying oil

SPICES:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup / 65g all-purpose flour

DIP SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
1 small shallot
1 tbsp capers
chives (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Sriracha
Black pepper

I wouldn't go to McDonald's anyway, this looks nice, I've always kept my chips simple: peel potatoes, cut, soak, dry, fry twice or triple fry.
