Censorship, no matter how good intentioned the origins, ultimately leads to tyranny and dictatorship.
  • The thing about words. Someone is always going to be offended. No one guarantees that you won't be offended. Just that you have the right to offend.

Apparently don’t mess with Texas, means don’t say anything that would make politicians butt hurt about being fascists.

Turnip ignored the terms of service so he got booted. It happens to stupid people all the time.

Remove their access to the internet if they are engaging in political censorship.

IF they are going to send anything back to a lower court, why exist at all? Just step down. 🤣🤣

Companies have more rights then state governments now.

Kind of surprised to see myself repeat this for probably the thousandth time, but.... Social media is not a public speech platform. To use them you have to agree to the rules of the company that runs them. This makes using them voluntary and pretty much erases all rights for free speech, free marketing or anything else that the company running that platform decides goes against their rules and standards. Dont like those rules? Dont use the platforms.

People keep crying about losing their freedom of speech and yet all I keep hearing are those same people flapping their gums. The majority of the world wishes there was a way.

More misrepresentation. Didn’t throw it out or rule in the merits of the case. Just ruled the party bringing the suit didn’t have standing. Code; we don’t want to get into this right now. Bring A better case that’s more on point
  • i have always condended that an individual has the same right to be free from censorship that the press has as long as that individual does not defame someone.
  • As much as you are free to say what you want, no one is obligated to give you a platform to do so. 🤦‍♂️ What's next, telling book publishers they aren't allowed to choose which books to print?
  • I'm deeply offended by everything I just heard here. Any lawyers here?

This is all insane. It’s time to protest for our rights!
