People need to become MULTI lingual!! Western empires languages were used by national liberationists for ntrrnatiinal national co ordination m intl coordination Zi& seek support. Too many countries have all languages as minorities ALL are less than 50 % or population. , so they need a common language. Victims used exploiters language vs. exploiters!—- like boomerang!! Since independence peoples need to develop national culture, but still needing natl—intl. larger language, Balance is tricky!!
