Biden needs to officially replace the Supreme Court Yahoos, lay out some stuff checks and balances for the Supreme Court.

Thank you Jen. As always clear, concise and calm. 😊 Yesterdays ruling was devastating, but through my lifetime, those are the times I land in survival mode. As an American living abroad (Sweden), I always have to request my absentee voting ballot. I will do so this week...no procrastinating! And I will vote blue all the way down the ticket as soon as early voting begins. Blue as the sky and blue as the sea...no matter who. For me Joe Biden has been a good President and in my mind he will continue to be just that! 💙

I’m nervous about the upcoming election, what happens when trump looses and appeals to the Supreme Court. Just how they will rule scares me!

July 4th means nothing now those justices just took that away if anyone of them dares to celebrate this Thursday HOW DARE THEY!!!

July 4, I'm wearing all black. No celebration or fun. I'm no longer in a celebratory mood. It's going to be a dark, sad day.

Thank you, Jen. It really helps to have this broken down. I always feel better when I can understand what's going on, even if it's not so good. Judging from some of the comments I read, there are people who expect the president to "just fix it" while they complain about his "lackluster" address. These people are why we're in such a mess. They sit there and wait for someone else to do the work instead of being motivated to step up and take part in their own lives. Thats okay. We'll do the heavy lifting for them. I'm sure they'll thank us later!

How are crimes included as "official duties"? Article II Section 3 of The CONSTITUTION describes only a few things that the President does, but among them is "he shall take care that the Laws be faithfully executed". If he is not doing so, is he not operating outside the role of President, and in a personal capacity for his own agenda?
