ngl both of these were around the same overall difficulty when considering the raw difficulty of each section and the frequency of checkpoints. Jet lag has easier jumps but only a single checkpoint while chromaside has harder jumps but is much more forgiving. Personally I would say these are both around high medium demon or low hard demon difficulty
