🥩 ST. LOUIS STYLE PORK RIBS: Remove the membrane, add Slab dry rub and let marinate for 24 hours. Place ribs in the smoker at about 200 degrees for about 4 hours, spritzing with apple juice. Serve painted with Strawberry Habanero glaze or left naked.
