Lynette's is like a disappearing act which they probably are impressed by Lyney's is like a jumpscare considering how the trick is usually done with pulling a rabbit out a hat, plus his burst burnt the grass while Lynette probably just gave them some breeze 💀 That's how I think it works at least 😅

actually npc's shy away from most characters' attacks. while some characters have the ability to make them clap as well. example: barbara edit: the replies have listed others who can make people clap including Nahida, Gorou, Ayaka, Klee, and Baizhu
